Essentially, it comes down to a strange looking fruit called Monkfruit. Containing no glucose or fructose, Siraitia grosvenorii, also known as Luohan Guo, is native to southern China and a remarkable replacement for processed sugar that’s prevalent in 99.99% of the liqueurs on the market. We believe we’re the first distillery in Australia to commercially release products that contain monk fruit, is keto friendly and a genuine alternative to other spirits on the market.
